Our mission at Greys Assist is to uphold a new standard in recruitment, temporary staff, mentors and consultancy. It is as much about what we leave out as what we put in that makes our formula work. We’ve evolved past the culture of wide boys, of trying to be the biggest and only working for personal commission. We instead focus on providing real value and a transparent recruitment service that gives the client an opportunity to utilise a vast array of experience and knowledge gethered over years of professional employment. An experienced team with a fresh approach. We provide a highly professional service and we put a high value on our own and the company’s integrity.

Our goal is to place quality 'mature' staff who contribute to your business's success by offering their experience, knowledge and mentoring capabilities to you, your company and your staff. Our people and eager to pass on their services at a much less cost than haveing the same or less services from other sources.

Bill Marlow

He has worked in marketing, sales and contract negotiations for some of the leading communications manufacturers. Bill was General Manager of the first IP/IT company to develop commercial VoIP solutions for many Tier 1 Telcos around the world and has owned and operated his own networks.

 

Bill has an Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the UK, and a MBA from Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheva

Since 2014 we’ve assisted part-time jobseekers 50 and older land jobs through Greys Assist. We are knowledgeable about the latest job search and workplace trends. We aim to ensure each employer gets the best employee to meet their needs and we treat each potential employee with the utmost respect and empathy while delivering strategies that positively impact their job search.

Why Greys Assist

We try to get 'Older Workers' back into the workforce on a part-timer temp basis. Our older workers have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They have the contacts and leads companies need and are willing invest in.

 

Our older workers can mentor your staff if wanted and are happy to pass knowledge and information to you, your people and your company. All for less that the cost of other agency based part-time staff.
